Monsanto District Sales Manager - Adana in ADANA, Turkey

  • Manage, coach, motivate and develop sales team

  • Make sure that sales team is working effectively and efficient by coordinating their activities

  • Visit distributors & dealers & retailers & coops & traders & big farmers with direct manager and sales team to create demand more

  • Fully Implementation of Monsanto procedures, business conduct approach, modeling pledge and FCPA processes in responsible area for colleagues and customers

  • Make sure that the payments are done on time and secure the business in long term

  • Organize and follow-up sales team’s demonstration activities on big farmers

  • Organize and follow-up sales team’s demand creation activities based on planned target, budget and on time.

  • Prepare sales reports of the region with the feedbacks reported by sales team monthly

  • Follow-up of customer complaints with customer service and TD department

  • Increase potential customers and farmers by planned activities

  • Focus to increase of Monsanto brand images in regional communities

  • University degree on Agriculture faculty

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial

  • Good English knowledge
