Summary of the job:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in one of the fastest growing divisions of Johnson & Johnson Medical, Biosense Webster.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for the management of the sales organization and the achievement of the annual sales forecast and other related targets within a subset of the region. This role includes primary management and leadership responsibility for a team of 5-8 Clinical Development Specialists & Clinical Development Assistants & Service Support Assistants and other business partners which are Service Providers & Distributors. The individual is responsible for the development and execution of a customized Territory Business Plan that is aligned to the organization’s overall business plan. The SM oversees sales team and is responsible for hiring, motivating, coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team of individuals who are technically competent and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan. Overall responsibilities include business planning, sales forecasting, performance management, talent development, pricing, contracting, asset management, customer management and strategic account development. This role has a critical importance in terms of communicating with key opinion leaders and physicians regarding professional education and other development opportunities, working with marketing team to develop, follow and report for professional education activities plan. Besides all these collaborating with other departments to ensure a timely resolution for all needs would be strongly important.


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • The candidate must have the neccessary certificates associated with the role (Satış Tanıtım Elemanı ve Klinik Destek Elemanı)

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in a medical devices or a pharmaceutical company with a proven performance track record

  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience

  • Electrophysiology experience is highly valued

  • Proficient user of English

  • Located in Ankara
