Job Description

  • Conducting the processes related to the local setup and operation of the global systems used in the clinical research department and maintaining the actual system data in accordance with all global and local AZ procedures and internationally accepted standards (ICH/GCP)

  • Collaborating with the Clinical Research Associates (CRA) and Clinical Research Project Manager (CRPM) during clinical research hard copy and e-documentation process

  • To assist in administrative tasks regarding clinical studies according to AZ Procedural Documents, international guidelines such as ICH and GCP as well as relevant local regulations

Qualifications

  • University degree (4 years) preferably from engineering or science departments

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,

  • Previous experience in Clinical Trial Admin is preferred

  • Good command of MS Office applications and ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systems

  • High degree of analytical thinking, the ability to critical reasoning, effective planning and organizational skills with result oriented approach

  • Strong communication skills

  • No restriction for travel
