We are looking for a new member to join our Integrated Supply Chain family (Manufacturing, CS&L and Procurement) as ISC HR Business Partner to contribute our vision of building the best snacking company in the world with a GROW agenda on growing our people, our business and our impact by our strategy of creating a great place to work, unleash the power of our people, building world class capabilities, empowering courageous leaders and winning teams guided by our seven values and our principles.

Being one, lean and agile ISC which fully aligned to meet our stakeholders’ and business requirements by reporting to ISC HR Manager and being in Define bubble of HR, our new member should have at maximum a few years of experience on Manufacturing HR with a focus on eliminating non-value added activities and losses without any tolerance with a development agenda for our core teams (teams who manage daily make-pack-ship operations of Manufacturing) as well as support teams in their journey to become multi-skilled, autonomous working teams who are delivering bestinclass results in a High Performance Organization on scope of Organization and Education&Training Pillars of IL6S and within the mission of these two pillars which will enable effective and efficient organization design, self-learning and on the job training culture with defined skills for the leadership and the organization to deliver its compelling business needs by the standard work processes of High Performance Working Systems and its annual assessment, “unleashment” survey actions, staffing(temporary workforce recruitment and enrollment planning), onboarding, succession and early development planning, team effectiveness assessment and corrective actions, skill matrices, training planning along with reward&recognition programs which will be enablers of the desired culture.

Our new member will have great opportunity to develop himself/herself on understanding first the context in which the business functions, second in which way stakeholders sustain and shape the business and third how business strategy positions the business to serve stakeholders and responds to external conditions while sharpening his/her competencies to create and deliver value for the business.
