Amec Foster Wheeler Payroll & Reporting Specialist in Istanbul, Turkey

Amec Foster Wheeler is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Reporting Specialist to join our Human Resources Team in Istanbul, Turkey. This is a regular / full-time position to ensure the accurate and timely completion of the Payroll & HR Reporting functions under the direction of Head of Human Resources.

  • Produce an accurate and timely payroll

  • Produce expatriate staff payroll

  • Deal with payroll queries of employees in a timely manner

  • Prepare state and company statistical reporting as requested, both by internal customers and external auditors

  • Prepare Payroll reports

  • Prepare and process personnel entry and exit documentations

  • Timely processing of documentation in compliance with all payroll, regulatory taxing authorities and court orders

  • Stay current on local tax and social security requirements, research as required

  • Work with Operations and Finance to ensure the timely flow of information to the finacial reporting

  • Provide support to management as requested

  • Meet deadlines as established by management

  • University degree

  • Min. 5 years of payroll experience

  • Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations and practices

  • Expatriate payroll experience

  • Goal and team oriented with both strong communication and analytical skills

  • Must be able to work a flexible and late schedule every month ends
