BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Sales & Application Specialist in Istanbul, Turkey
Job Description Summary
Purpose and Fundamental Goals of the Position
Leverage the conversions to strategic products in the market.
Ensure the awareness of customers about high quality of pre-analytical process management.
Increase the category share of BD in the target market
Increase the awareness level of the customers on the Health Care Workers’ safety issues
Implement BD Sales strategies to achieve the objectives in the target market
Establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with the distributors and the customers.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Gather sales and potential data of each account within her/his region.
Closely follow up competitors’ prices within her/his region.
Prepare plans to achieve objectives as outlined in annual sales plan.
Assimilate and retain product information and technical data. Use it to understand, support and convince nurses and laboratory staff of the products interests.
Identify, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships in every part of the assigned territory.
Organize hospital presentations to the targeted audiance about pre-analytic quality awareness and startegic products.
Implement sales conversion tools, and PA variable optimization trainings, audits etc. to ensure successful conversions to BD solutions.
Involved in all relevant parties (customer level, IVD companies, distributors’ personnel, BDPAS).
Establish strong relationships with all key stakeholders. (customer level, IVD companies, distributors’ personnel, BDPAS).
Monitor and evaluate sales performance in each end of the quarter and activities utilizing latest BD tools.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of sales
Being fluent in English is an advantage
Good knowledge of computer and software systems
Willing to travel frequently
