Who you are: You will be part of Mobile Client Care Service – Service desk (MCCSD) team which provides multiple services to Customers supporting their organization in the areas of financial outsourcing and Vendor Management. What you’ll do: Accountable for creating and validating SA&D Checklists and managing timely completionAccount focal point for the DPE and responsible for end-to-end coordination of checklists on their account(s). This includes, creation of checklists for competencies, evaluation of all submitted checklists and ad-hoc reporting as required. Provides first level support for the process, governance and the SA&D tool.The SA&D Coordinator acts as primary interface between the account and the organizational unit (e.g. IMT/Sector) the DPE and SA&D Checklist executorsHow we’ll help you grow:
