Key Responsibilities:

·Partner supports the sub-regionalleadership and commercial teams, this role will have to implement the regional pricing foundation defined by the region with appropriate processes and KPI’s, increasingly driving more complex strategic pricing and contracting initiatives for the region.

·This role is responsible to create the local pricing culture; support the standardization of tools, processes and metrics across the different markets within the sub-region, ensuring sustainability and best in class service.

·Drives country account price segmentation, including building customer specific price lists based on the regional target and floor prices and, driving adaptive strategies based on go-to market strategy, reimbursement, market competitive dynamics.

·Becomes partner of the negotiation team for major tenders big deals, works with the team to make the final pricing decisions.

·Governance process local owner, including preparation of the business cases for pricing committee approval.

·Uses regionally globally generated reporting to engage with BU’s to drive optimal pricing behaviors.

·Gathers analyzes competitive moves, suggests implements local strategies.

·Train business counterparts on pricing systems and troubleshoot issues

·Collect relevant information to support quality pricing decisions and present analysis

·Review pricing proposals with respect to marketing guidance and business objectives

·Some out of hours work will be required

·Managesthe relationship with the COE who provides direct business support in the form of set up and maintenance of all pricing in Vendavo for list price, targets, floors for Medtronic portfolio, contracts / deals, promotions, discounts, rebates and distributor pricing.

Skills Qualifications:

·Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and industry practices in Turkey Central Asia with proven track record on successful execution, business partnership and process improvement.

·Previous healthcare experience a plus in either of the following functions: pricing, strategy, finance, reimbursement, marketing

·Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.

·An excellent command of the English language is a must

·Problem solving, solution finding and decision making oriented; the candidate has to master navigating through a complex matrix environment with multi-cultural multi-functional components.

·An entrepreneurial / proactive approach is required to design new concepts / processes and successfully drive internal buy-in from all levels of the organization.

·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,

·Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate analytics into meaningful messages for stakeholders.

·Team player, who can work in a fast paced environment, copes with deadlines and manages simultaneously several tasks and maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

·Working knowledge of Vendavo pricing software is preferred.

·Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.

·Strong proficiency in Excel
