Main Duties Responsibilities

Maintain the management of sales and marketing activities within responsible territory.Responsible for the achievement of the sales and profit objectives of a specified territory and product line.

Promotes and establishes physician and account education of the company's products and/or services. Lead and coordinate clinic support and field sales force team within responsible territory .

Key Activities

·Acquire a deep knowledge of the product portfolio and support the distributors/field forcein technical, clinical and marketing aspects

·Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.

·Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback.

·Be ready to provide full supportto the distributor partner and health care professionals.

·Lead, train, and coach the local sales support team

·Maintain, develop, and grow effective customer relationships in the field

·Ensure timely reporting of sales information, market trends, and forecasting of sales and budgeting information

·Actively participate in product ordering, warehousing processes.

·Ensure strategies are inline with corporate BU annual strategies

·Compliant with business conduct standards and ethical values of Medtronic.

-Min BA / BSdegree in ManagementorLife Science divisions

-Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles atHealthcare sector

-Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

-Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications

-A valid driving license, be an active driver free to travel to the related region

-No obligation of military service for male candidates
