Eaton has a opening for Sales Support Assistant in Seyrantepe, Turkey.

The primary function of this role is to accomplishment successfully order entry received from sales team members. Position will be responsible for entering orders to system with correct information on order form such as correct branding, quantity , size and etc.

Job responsibilities include the establishment of good communication between cross functional departments such as Sales & Product Engineering.

  • Inform each department (product engineering,manufacturing engineering , planning,cost accountng) of new item definition requests, if the item code does not exist in the current system

  • Track creation of new item in the current system .

  • Implement new sales orders in order entry system with emphasis on error-free order management

  • Make necessary revisions and cancellation through order entry system,using established business rules

  • Verify the orders implemented

  • Confirm the orders implemented in the system .

  • Send SAO to the customer via mfg pro system

  • Maintain accurate and organized order files and order acknowledgement forms

  • Communicates in a timely manner with order planning to make revisions on orders implemented in the system

Qualifications

Record any measurable statistics which your position impacts such as production expenses, maintenance expenses, sales volumes, payroll costs, capital expenditures, research budgets, cost of purchases, value of inventories controlled, employees supervised (direct and indirect).

  • Orders maintained in accordance with Iso standards and guidelines

  • Accurcay of customer information in the system(e.g.part number cross reference)

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) which your position requires.

  • Thorough understanding of Eaton business processes & systems

  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies, as well as business unit goals (“Power of One”)

  • Data entry skills, including proofreading

  • Team-oriented problem solving skills and corrective action methodology

  • Negotiation and conflict management skills; professional presence

  • MS Word, Excel, order management (including but not limited to Oracle, Tolas, and MFG/PRO) software programs

  • Phone skills and customer communication skills

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Mathematical skills

  • Reasoning ability

  • Understanding of ISO procedures for contract management

  • Understanding of Eaton Business Excellence Award (EBEA) requirements
