Philips Field Service Engineer in Turkey - Home Based, Turkey

We are looking for

  • University degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics Engineering or relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of field service experience on MR and CT modalities

  • Strong knowledge in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment, troubleshooting and responding to customers’ concerns

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting

  • Advanced level of English

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography (Adana)

Your Responsibilities

  • Install Philips Healthcare equipment according standards with respect to quality and installation time

  • Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards

  • Perform corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by tier-2 support helpdesk

  • Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality standards

  • Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned

  • Be aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions) through customer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management, relevant people within the organization

  • Responsible for executing service events (maintenance & Installation) in compliance with applicable version of Business Unit, Business Line service manuals and relevant Philips Healthcare quality standard policies

Field Service Engineer will be responsible for MR/CT/IXR/DXR/US modalities. His main job will be servicing these modalities in terms of preventive/corrective maintenance, performing FCO's, establishing stability and uptime of the systems.
