Role Summary:

Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

Responsible for all facets associated with site planning, construction and commissioning within the region for new, refurbishment and service, including the construction and commissioning portion of all projects assigned to the region.

Essential Responsibilities:

Supervisory roles that are responsible for direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources. Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit. Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

Strict observance and implementation of the Business EHS / Quality Policy and all Company rules.

Ensuring that all C&C Employees are properly trained and receive the support they need to perform their duties.

Ensure all Processes and Tools as defined by the Global Site Installation Function are fully implemented and adhered to.

Ensure hiring, development and retention of personnel with critical skills for erection and commissioning.

Managing the Site Installation Region Cost Centre results to ensure budgets are achieved.

Providing experience feedback and improvement cycles and defining of targets.

Support & Feedback to tendering for execution issues within the country of the Unit (schedule, site organization, site costs). Including review & validate adequate strategies and cost estimation of site activities at tender stage.

Budget-forecast for site activities, monitoring of site expenses, updating and reporting on this budget.

Identifying and delegating the resources needed (employees, skills and contractors). Coordination with the Global Function and the other Regions to ensure identification and timely assignment of Project personnel to sites.

Maintain regular communication and ensure working in close co-ordination with the Project Directors to develop and adapt the project strategy with respect to Site Installation, in a timely manner.


Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Leadership.

Master degree in a technical discipline.
