Bachelor's Degree is required
1- 2 years of Customer Service experience
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Turkish is a must
Excellent knowledge of Ms Office applications
SAP knowledge is a plus
Ability to quickly adapt to new demands and challenges
Comfortable working with cross-functional team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Established relationships at multiple levels within the customers’ and middlemen organizations in order to maximize on-shelf availability and reduce end to end costs
Provides a critical link between Demand Planning and Customer Planning to ensure alignment
Contributes to the ongoing development of best practices across the Supply Chain and Customer Development organizations and ensures that collaborative Customer Service initiatives are agreed, developed and executed with excellence
Seeks input from internal and external customers about their needs and expectations to continually improve Customer Service
Accountable for the Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and close collaboration with Customer Development Team to maximize results
Leads implementation of value added services such as VMI, EDI, data synchronization, etc.
Conducts regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service
Works closely with Operations to plan, analyze customer needs, follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery while optimizing delivery costs
Manages customer returns and claims
Attends commercial and customer development meetings, presents CS&L performance, strategies and enhances other functions’ involvement
