Extreme Networks Inside Account Manager Turkey-Ankara in Istanbul, Turkey

We are seeking bright, articulate, and self-motivated candidates who have a desire to grow their sales career. Selected candidates will have a strong work ethic and enthusiasm who demonstrates initiative and professionalism. Our inside sales representatives are responsible for a targeted territory’s incremental pipeline generation in existing accounts, selling service contract renewals for the territory and selling professional services and training.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for the assigned territory and drive/assist the field sales staff in attaining their monthly/quarterly/annual quota

  • Cross Sell and up-sell products and services into existing customer base to create incremental pipeline and revenue

  • Create quotes and configurations for customers and partners as well as facilitate any special pricing requests/deal registration requests

  • Act as a liaison with all departments to close deals quickly and make us easy to do business with

  • Manage all service contracts for customers in the assigned territory

  • Manage sales campaigns and promotions for their existing customer base.

  • Educate customer and partner community on company events, product releases and news with monthly outreach

  • Follow up on all leads and tasks with field engaged and active customers from tradeshows, webinars and web requests


  • Business experience preferably in a Customer Support / Sales Support role.

  • Strong telephone communications skills comfortable calling on clients at the CXO level and beyond

  • Should have a desire to pursue a career in Sales utilizing Consultative Sales techniques

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment

  • BS/BA preferred

  • Inside Sales, Pre-Sales support preferred

  • Interest and knowledge of software/hardware technologies preferred

  • Experience with Computer Networking technologies a bonus

  • Possess energetic and enthusiastic demeanor

  • Experience with CRM / SalesForce.com helpful
