Google Sales Coach, New Business Sales (English, Turkish) in Istanbul, Turkey

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a New Business Sales (NBS) Scaled Sales Coach, you'll support our outsourced Medium-sized Businesses (Mid-Market) acquisitions across several countries. You'll manage day-to-day relationships with our vendor partner and continuing our effective partnership with the internal teams. You'll focus on the rhythm of the business, supporting the vendor management team in running a successful AdWords Sales team, and work closely with the NBS Management team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Mid-Market customer acquisitions through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations to meet and exceed business goals. Coordinate with relevant internal Google departments and work on initiatives and projects that improve ETO operations.
  • Serve as an onsite Google representative providing Google-specific product and tool support for our vendor partner. Act as a liaison between our vendor and country Business to Business (B2B) marketing team.
  • Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Analyze and present weekly performance figures, participate in weekly updates and monthly business reviews.
  • Deliver induction training for new sales representatives, especially with regards to AdWords product training, campaign building and regular product and policy updates.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in online sales, business-development and/or digital advertising.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Turkish fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and sales management, and experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience in online sales, business-development and/or digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated product training, business partnering and leadership abilities.
  • Highly analytical, with a background of problem-solving, and capability of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
  • Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills.
