Member Support

  • Complete New Member Welcome Calls

  • Complete SAVE Campaigns

  • Follow up on any self-enrolment online issues with the member (Note: Due to phone set up, the person would not have access to take inbound calls, it would be Outbound focused only)

  • Support local Marketing activities in cooperation with the Marketing team in the UK

  • Provide Local Marketing support like translations, content creation of the localized RCI printed magazines

  • Act as Resort Rep during Summer season in defined resorts that requires weekly or/and monthly stays in the resorts.

  • Manage RCI Local Social Media

  • Organize member Focus Group activities

  • Manage production and distribution of printed and online RCI materials

Affiliate Support

  • To support the Affiliate Services Manager & Affiliate Support Coordinator in servicing Affiliate clients by executing and managing processes. Focus on efficient inventory acquisition, efficient processes and accurate updates.

  • Liaison of the permanent or temporary RCI offices or decks in the affiliated resorts. Responsible for the infrastructural and organizational support of this initiative and will work with the staff of the resort responsible for this task. Might require periodical visits to resorts for set ups and follow ups

  • Organize B2B2C campaigns and work together with affiliates, support the resorts and conduct visits for organizing marketing activities.

  • Support the day-to- day administration and implementation of brand marketing and public relations (PR) initiatives to raise awareness and consideration of RCI both to general audiences and to the affiliates.

  • Support BD in translation process.

  • Organize RCI industry meetings and workshops when needed


Thisposition has varied responsibilities ranging from welcome calls to members to managing social media, organising b2b2c campaigns and supporting business development.

We require someone with experience and a University degree, preferably experience in the hospitality sector and someone who speaks English. We are also looking for someone who is available to travel extensively and for long periods representing the RCI brand to affiliates and members alike.
