Experian Business Development Manager for FS in Turkey

JOB PURPOSE: § New Business Revenue §Develop new business contacts from nominated prospects and the prospect universe.§Identify and evaluate opportunities, assess competitor activity and interest and, in consultation with the Sales Manager, make the decision to proceed with the contact strategy.§Extend existing products into new market areas by approaching new clients, presenting proposals and closing the sale.§Maintenance of appropriate sales funnel§Plan sales strategy, qualify business issues and create consultative dialogue, i.e. by incorporating the Consultancy team.

Account Development & Relationship Management

§Identify and deliver new sales opportunities from existing accounts.

§Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.

§Maintain communication with key contacts within the client organisation and internally within Experian.

§Continually improve customer service, understanding client requirements and ensuring Experian is appropriately represented to the client.

§Maintenance of appropriate sales funnel.

Tactical and Strategic Business Development

§Lead any initiatives to adapt Experian products to meet local needs and requirements.

§Develop relationships with key partners and third party organizations.

§Principal contact with appropriate organizations, trade bodies, etc. in the local market Raise awareness of Experian as market place leader.

§Contribute to the development of accurate forecasts and budgets.

§Lead tender submissions with a disciplined approach, involving Consultancy teams and other Experian divisions where appropriate.

§Own IT responses, costings and technical demonstrations.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

§Strong 6 years’ experience and business understanding in key DA markets such as Telco§Previous experience in relevant customer facing roles §Ideal experience would include knowledge of existing DA solutions§Strong communication skills both written and oral§Experienced in presenting and demonstrating complex software solutions§Able to shape and define solutions matched to strategic business objectives and functional requirements §Ability to build and maintain solid long term relationships at multiple levels within client organizations during the sales process§Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
